To register oneself or a child for the public prescription drug insurance plan, proceed in one of the following ways and provide the required information:

The following persons are automatically registred for the public prescription drug insurance plan by the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec.
Registration is effective the day following the request or on the requested date thereafter.
The registered person must declare the exacting time of the end of his or her private insurance plan.
