Change of mailing address Holders can notify the Commission de la construction du Québec of a change of their mailing address, i.e. the address where they wish to receive their mail, in one of the following ways:
Change of residential address Holders of a blaster certificate who wish to notify the Commission de la Construction du Québec of a change of their residential address must complete the Formulaire de changement d'adresse (in French only). The form, along with three documents proving that they reside at their new address, can be sent by mail or by fax, or brought in person to the customer service of the Commission office in their region. Individuals who do not hold a blaster certificate or an exemption can notify the Commission of a change of their residential address in one of the following ways:

Original documents, photocopies or printouts of electronic bills are accepted. The documents provided must bear the person's name and new address.
