Notifying Aide financière aux études of a Change of Address or Change of Situation as a Loans and Bursaries Program Recipient

To notify the Aide financière aux études of a change during the year, the student must proceed in one of the following ways, according to the situation.
 
 
Change of Address
To notify the Aide financière aux études of a change of address, the student must use the On-line Access to Your File! online service under the “Your information” tab.
If the change of address is the result of a departure from or a return to the parental home, the student must also notify the Aide of a change of situation.
 
Change of Situation
To notify the Aide financière aux études of a change of situation, the student must proceed in one of the following ways:
  • by using the On-line Access to Your File! online service to complete the Declaration of Change – Student form; 
  • by completing a print version of the Declaration of Change – Student form, according to the type of change, and mailing the form and any required documents to the Aide financière aux études.
