Anyone who receives a public sector retirement pension or who participates in a public sector pension plan administered by Retraite Québec.
To notify Retraite Québec of a change of address, proceed in one of the following ways, regardless of whether your new address is in Québec, in another province of Canada, or outside of Canada.
If your old address was in Québec:
- Use the Service québécois de changement d'adresse either online or through an information agent at Services Québec (by telephone or at the service desk).
- Use the online service Change of Address – Personalized service

If your old address was in another province of Canada:
- Use the online service Change of Address – Personalized service
(clicSÉQUR - Citoyens authentication required).
- Call Retraite Québec.
If your old address was outside of Canada, call Retraite Québec.

You can also access the online service Change of Address – Personalized service through My Account – Québec Pension Plan and Family allowance clicSÉQUR - Citoyens authentication required), provided that you are registered.
Required information
The following information must be provided:
- name;
- social insurance number;
- date of birth;
- home telephone number;
- another telephone number where the pensioner can be reached during the day (if different from the home telephone number);
- date on which the change of address takes effect;
- old address;
- new address.
