To prepare for a hearing, the parties must:
WitnessesOnly a person who has personal knowledge of the facts may testify. Depending on the nature of the application, the witness could be an appraiser, expert or inspector. To ensure the presence of a witness, the concerned party can have a bailiff serve the person, at least three days before the date of the hearing, with an order to appear issued by a commissioner of the Régie du logement.
