Clientele Any parent who is capable of exercising his or her civil rights and who, in anticipation of his or her death or incapacity (see the definitions), wishes to designate a dative tutor for his or her minor child. ConditionsThe person designated as dative tutor must be of the age of majority and capable of exercising his or her civil rights.
To designate a dative tutor for your minor child, proceed in one of the following ways:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday: from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
