Special benefit for back-to-school expenses For dependent children under 16 years of age, it is not necessary to apply. The benefit is paid automatically.
Special benefit for back-to-school expensesA person has until October 1 to submit a verbal or written declaration applying for a special benefit for the back-to-school expenses of a dependent child 16 years of age or over. If a person was unable to act within the prescribed time limit, he or she must prove that fact and apply as soon as possible.
