To apply for the reimbursement of funeral expenses or the cost of transporting the body of a worker who died as a result of an employment injury, send the vouchers (invoices and receipts) to the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail by mail or by fax within the prescribed time limit.
