Individuals who are 70 or older.
Requirements
An individual may receive advance payments of the tax credit for home-support services for seniors provided he or she
- resides in Québec;
- agrees to have the payments deposited directly in his or her bank account in Québec;
- files the application no later than December 1th of the year concerned.
To apply for advance payments of the tax credit for home-support services for seniors, the individual must complete the appropriate form according to his or her situation among the forms mentioned below and file it with Revenu Québec, along with any required documents.

Note
Only one claim may be filed per couple.
The deadline for filing an application for advance payments of the tax credit for a given year is December 1 of that year.
An individual who rents a dwelling must, if he or she has not already done so, submit the lease, the written notice (if the lease is an oral lease), any notice of modification of the lease or any judgment fixing the rent. If the person rents a dwelling in a senior citizens’ residence, the schedule to the lease must also be provided.
Invoices and receipts for eligible expenses not included in rent or condominium fees do not have to be enclosed with the application for advance payments. They may be asked for later on.
