If you have a user code and a password, you can change your address in your participant file by using Épargne Placements Québec’s online service. You can also notify Épargne Placements Québec of your change of address by telephone or by mail. You will need to provide your participant number.

The products listed above can be placed, free of charge, in any of the following accounts:
- Épargne Placements account;
- tax-free savings account;
- registered retirement savings plan ( RRSP);
- registered retirement income fund ( RRIF);

- life income fund.
Épargne Placements Québec’s products are also eligible for self-directed retirement savings plans and funds.
Québec Savings Bonds issued before 1996
These savings bonds, which were issued in the form of physical certificates, have matured and stopped bearing interest. Information on how to redeem these bonds can be obtained by contacting an investment officer of Épargne Placements Québec.
Épargne Placements Québec’s products are intended for the following types of purchasers:

- successions of persons;
- foundations and personal or public trusts.
Purchasers must be domiciled in Québec and are subject to the rules of Québec law.
